Mirabilandia is located in Savio in the province of Ravenna.
The nearest airport is Rimini, about 60 km away, but it does not operate national flights; Bologna Airport is about 100 km away. The park can be reached from the main Adriatic Riviera beach locations by various means. There is a large parking facility (approximately €5.00 per entry).

For a perfect visit the advice is to choose the day carefully: from Monday to Friday, the park is quieter, usually without long lines for the attractions.
It is advisable to avoid holiday weekends or the months of July and August, as they are chaotic periods.

Entering in the evening is a useful trick to avoid long lines, especially during high season: in the late afternoon, many visitors (especially families with children and groups) leave the park.

By purchasing the ticket online, you can save money, especially for a family! Although the park has various bars and restaurants, they can be quite expensive, so it's worth preparing sandwiches and snacks to enjoy in one of the many green areas of the park.

The entrance to the park is unique and well marked, located near the parking lot. There are six themed areas: Ducati World, Far West Valley, Bimbopoli, Dinoland, Route 66, and Adventureland.
The attractions are numerous and are divided into three categories: extreme, moderate, and calm.

Extreme Attractions:

  • iSpeed modern and fast roller coasters, with an intense launch for 5 seconds
  • Katun another jewel of the park, is a world-class "inverted" roller coaster with tracks above and free-hanging legs

  • Max Adventures Master Thai family-friendly roller coasters, with a double track that runs almost parallel to the other train
  • Rexplorer a time travel ride in Dinoland on a train speeding through canyons and caves, an adrenaline-pumping ride suitable for younger guests as well
  • El Dorado Falls the boats climb a long ascent and, after a single bend, drop creating a huge wave.

Calm Attractions:

  • Santa Fè Express a comfortable monorail offering a panoramic tour of the park
  • Monosauro a monorail with cars decorated in the shape of dinosaur eggs that run through a prehistoric setting
  • Mini Rapids a water ride of ups and downs on a log.

Shows:

The park's show offerings are good and varied, changing with each season. The main show is called Police School and features stuntman performances with cars, motorcycles, and trucks. It is held in a designated area of the park and often involves volunteers from the audience.
In the theaters, musicals are staged primarily for children but not exclusively.

Among the dining options is Dino's Pizza Time, a dinosaur-themed fast food offering pizza, hot dogs, fries, and more. The Frutteria Macé offers fresh organic snacks made with fresh fruit, smoothies, and juices prepared on the spot.

Mirabilandia was inaugurated on July 8, 1992, based on a project conceived in the 1980s. The first mascot was a character named Mirabilio, an anthropomorphic version of a large, smiling, chubby face.

The stuntmen from the Police School show have also participated in the production of some TV series such as Police District and Carabinieri, featuring acrobatic stunts involving cars and motorcycles.
The park has also been the location for Italian films such as "A Perfect Love" (2001) and "...What if Tomorrow" (2005).
In 2013, the VI Italian Bowl, the final match of the A2 series American football championship, was held in the park, won by the Grizzlies Roma against the Lions Bergamo.
